12.设置镜像标签
docker tag 镜像ID，这里是 860c279d2fec ,用户名称、镜像源名(repository name)和新的标签名(tag)。
使用 docker images 命令可以看到，ID为860c279d2fec的镜像多一个标签。

Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted

systemctl start httpd.service Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted
解决方案：
启动时设置参数 --privileged
使用该参数，container内的root拥有真正的root权限。
否则，container内的root只是外部的一个普通用户权限。
docker run --privileged centos /sbin/init
